Bootleg box-set which was issued in 1989 containing four Ben Liebrand Grandmixes from the years: 1985, 1986, 1987 and 1988.
The 1984 is not from Ben Liebrand
but it's from Peter Slaghuis.
This 1984 mix is the same one as the mix: 84 in 40 minutes and 12 months a Year (see section 21-Dutch mixes 1)
These mixes were never officially released (except the Grandmix 88 which was pressed in a limited quantity for DMC members only).
Every year Ben Liebrand collected the most important hits of the year and mixed it all together. These mixes were then broadcast on Radio Veronica in Holland on New Years eve.
There were always jingles through the mixes, but some bootlegs has no jingles in it.
